Important Dates to Remember

Dear Heritage Families,
I wish you could have been on our campus today!
In the past few weeks, each of our Citizenship classes has organized a service project. Ask your scholars about theirs!
Some service projects that I know about . . .
- Organizing and cleaning up the storage room where we keep sport uniforms, extra books, drama props/costumes, etc.
- Holding a drive for Sunshine Acres (ongoing – please donate!)
- Collecting and recycling water bottles on campus
- Making lunches and delivering them to the homeless who live near our school
- Replacing and cleaning the flags in each classroom
- Stitching erasure rags for class whiteboards
- Making reminder posters to help scholars stay safe and healthy
- Making posters and writing letters of appreciation to staff members
Heritage’s mission statement includes the following – “. . . As they [scholars] gain an appreciation of these people of accomplishment [the founders], they will be ready to provide the selfless service to their fellow citizens and to their country which will be required in the coming years to assist in restoring America’s greatness. Heritage Academy exists to this end.”
Today, heroes at Heritage Academy Mesa provided much selfless service. Wonderful things are happening at our school!

BASKETBALL CAR WASH FUNDRAISER & DONATION

Heritage Academy parking lot
The basketball players will thoroughly wash your car and windows, vacuum interior and shine tires!
Please consider donating $20 for each car washed.
HOW TO MAKE AN ECA DONATION
Need to pay an invoice but want to use ECA dollars? DO NOT pay the invoice directly.
Once we receive the donation, we will apply it to the open invoice indicated on the donation form.

HERITAGE ACADEMY DANCE CONCERT Friday Nov. 19 at 6pm
This concert features performances from the Heritage Academy scholars in dance. Dance Distinctions will be premiered by Bridgett Holman and Diana Stapley. Dances include guest performances by Heritage Academy teachers, student choreography, guest performances from children in Mexico, and choreography by Mrs. May.
