🎉 Spanish Cultural Day 🌮📚

Our Spanish scholars enjoyed a fun and engaging cultural day learning about the Mexican Independence movement while celebrating with some delicious tacos! 🌮 It was a wonderful opportunity to learn about history and culture in a fun, hands-on way. 🎉📖

🚔 Mesa PD Visits Heritage

We were excited to welcome detectives from the Mesa Police Department, including Detective Reyes, for an engaging and hands-on visit with our scholars!

The detectives taught the class about DUI investigations and field sobriety tests, answered questions, and even gave scholars a look inside an unmarked police vehicle. Several scholars also had the opportunity to learn more about the Mesa PD Cadet Program.

The detectives shared how much they enjoyed their visit and were impressed by our scholars’ thoughtful questions and enthusiastic participation.

We are proud of the way our scholars represented Heritage! It’s the Heritage Way—we expect excellence, and our scholars deliver! 💙
