We will be celebrating the Constitution of the United States next week, so in the immortal words of Thomas Jefferson:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
Constitution Week Activities
Monday – Separation of Power Joust: experience this balance of power first hand!
Tuesday – Constitution Puzzle Challenge: assemble the puzzle for a taste of what the Founders experienced
Wednesday – Share your thoughts: the constitution allows voices to be heard/let us hear yours
Thursday – Signing the Constitution: We invite you to make a personal pledge of freedom by signing the constitution board.
You can buy tickets ($15.00 each) at the front until 4:00.
